    ... It's great having the freedom to come and go as we please.
    Off again and we had a quick walk further along the main street and tried some greek yoghurt and honey, recommended by a friend. Well I'm going to be having that again! On we went to Vagionia bay, so beautiful and a funny makeshift cafe/restaurant at the waters edge where we sat and enjoyed a drink. The water was so incredibly clear with lots of little fish. ...

    ... but don't worry I'm fine, it wasn't for very long". Uggghhhh boys and football - I appreciate his passion for the game and his loyal dedication to his mates and the club, but can't help wishing he would give it up!! I continued reading my birthday messages and felt truly fortunate and blessed to have LOTS, from many special people in my life. Wow; how nice to wake up to THAT....one of the advantages of being behind in time compared to Australia :)

    ... other tourists. We were on a mission to find me a bikini and birthday ring. Not much luck with either. My boobs are too big and chubby to fit into any of the bikinis here! You may wonder what on earth I am thinking...but when I'm overseas I don't care and sure enough later in the day I saw many Greek mummas strutting their stuff in their bikinis. I find them more comfortable than a tankini. And ...

    Back to the boarding area where Vienna was showing at our gate, rather than Athens. Once again we had no clue and just waited until thankfully some airline staff appeared and were showered with questions. Even they didn’t know exactly what was happening. We breathed a sigh of relief when we started boarding at 9.15. Not too bad since take off time was scheduled for 9.
