... he sees Matt or me coming), and no one having it, we went off to dinner. At dinner tonight we finally tracked down the waiter who pulled my phone out of his pocket. A very strange situation since they are supposed to turn in anything they find, and he had my room key with my name on it as well. Anyways, good news is I have my phone back in MY possession.

... and tsunami which buried the site under about 10 feet of mud. It was the Germans who first excavated the site. They are still working on the excavations today. There were two large temples, one to Hera and one to Zeus. The temple to Zeus contained a very large statue of Zeus made of gold. Of course, that disappeared over the years. ... we thought at last we'd get things done quickly including getting all our photos synchronised for the sake of the blog, but it wasn't fast as we know it. For 6 euros it at least put our minds at ease that all at home is ok. Back on ship we got into our swimwear, had a light lunch, and headed for the pool deck to lounge around, write up the last two days of the blog, and watch the ships departure. ... evening meal - smorgasbord - and a few more beers. From there to a bar and while Tina and Ang were having a quick look elsewhere - probably shops - Andrew and Craig at the instigation of the barman had 3 successive tequila shots each in martini glasses, that's a lot of tequila. Soon after they were off .... to a dance bar. It was pretty empty but with good music when we arrived. We don't know if it was the boys disinhibited dancing or Andrew's furniture ...
