Drukair uses a standalone departure ramp so we were taken by bus out to the plane.

Business class passengers had the covered gangplank while us in cattle class had the open top version. I wasn't the only person who whipped out their phone cameras for selfies and photos of the plane as we climbed the open steps. With people right behind me, ...

Traditionally, women do not attend as they are "too emotional". Once the son washes his hands and feet in the holy water of the river (faith overcomes the apparent filth of the water source), he then washes the corpse. Once everyone is gathered, the deceased ...

Some shoddy sleep and **** food later, we are here! No trouble getting through Immigration, so Tash is now able to stop panicking and smile! Looking to sort a taxi and some annoying English girl, absolute know-it-all decides to jump in the taxi with us. I've never hit a woman but I'm pretty close. She used her incredible bartering skills to get us 300 THB off the taxi (£6) and makes out like she's cured cancer. ...
