... tried to figure out what to do with us. 4 hours later they told us we had to go back to the border we'd come in at and get a stamp. We were feeling pretty awful at this point because we'd just figured out while we were waiting that we wouldn't be able to finish the route we had planned because of the speeds we are averaging. So my first travelling companion was a Russian lawyer, (advocate it said on his business card - in Russian of course, who spoke some English and we got on very well, he was full of questions about England, why did I not have to carry identity papers like him?, what was the average house price etc. At ...

          About my rest

A travel blog entry by evheniy on Sep 01, 2011

... the rest was good but the sea is awful. The mud, trash and lot of algae around. My girlfriend is very squeamish, so the algae on the beach was the first sign that our vacation had been spoiled. Maybe the hotel management didn’t take it into account. They’ve settled the beach and finished. I think everything should be luxurious in the hotel of such level. I can bath in swimming pool at home without going anywhere. ...
