Still a good article if you're interested and good to know that certain elephants performances are unnatural and shouldn't be supported. We had to sit on mats and learn sitting meditation, standing and walking meditation and laying down meditation. It was hard to focus at timea and my mind would wander.     ... nurse to 5 patients on a medical/surgical floor. It felt like a prison in the wards. I was able to take lots of pictures which i plan to make a scrap book with to later show until literally use your imagination. Bars and metal beds or some mattresses were just on the floor.
