... you need to keep yourself in check, even though this man was by no means personally respectful or kind with any of his thoughts towards me. This is how he feels and he probably has some good reasons for saying the things he said in the way he said him, even though they may not all be true, he's a human being and his thoughts are worth listening to, and truly listening not just brushing off all he said. I don't have to agree with it or be personally hurt but it's good ...

    Menu Item: Jack’s Best

Notes: Features one Crown Prime Beef Rib, Pork Baby Back Ribs, and Beef Burnt Ends with sides of Cheesy Corn Bake, Creamy Coleslaw, & Toast. Had a spicy sauce and a sweet sauce.

Comments: There’s no knife (or teeth for that matter) needed here! You could easily cut everything with a plastic fork if you had to. The prime beef rib was extremely tender. The entire strip fell off the bone when touched. As soon as ...

Menu Item: Ribs & Brisket Plate with Spicy Slaw

Notes: Today was one of the first days after they changed their name from Oklahoma Joe's to Joe's Kansas City

Comments: Best ribs I've ever eaten. They had a unique taste unlike anything I've ever tasted before. The dry rub on them was perfect. The meat just fell off the bone and was extremely tender. The tender, medium cut brisket had an initial smoky bite to it ...

... have EVER gotten sick in the car before. I popped my seatbelt and caught it in her little baby pillow, we pulled over and stripped the dirty clothes off of her, threw everything in a black plastic bag and then we carried on. It was our shortest stop of the day and we were back on the road in about 5 minutes. Tomorrow we drive, drive, drive again and end up at our campground in Estes Park, CO ready to explore Rocky Mountain National park on Sunday. The scenery was ...
