We arrived in Cologne at noon, and after another delicious lunch we headed off on a tour of the city, which is dominated by the Cologne Cathedral. One word for the Cathedral - WOW!!! Us Catholics sure know how to spend the peasants money!!...:-)

Friday 21 June
This morning Nicola, Olwen and I go into the village as it is market day, also we need some money so need to attack the ATM. Today is alos Sarah and Josh's last day of school before the summer break and also Steve & Maria Stephen's sister arrive from Frankfurt by train. ... If you knock over one of their beers, they have to finish another beer as well in order to win. If you accidently knock over your own beer you have to add another beer to the game as well. Each person is responsible for their own beer. So even if someone finishes their beer and another person has two beers, they must drink their own.

So my boyfriend and I finally had a chance to do some sightseeing in Cologne. Even though we have lived here for 8 months! haha ...
