Some of the lakes were huge, some reflected the mountains and trees perfectly, some had totally clean transparent water so you could see the fish and the bottom of the lake perfectly and some had water so blue it didn't even look real. ... staff - very friendly and accommodating, while Chris and Heather explored around and shopped for WARM things like gloves. And found a pleasant Hostel for the following night.
Back for chicken dinner and 3 more tourists at our place, an American woman and an English couple, so another evening of travel chat.
Next day in to the town with luggage and to explore the National Park of Juizhaigou - that attracts the millions of tourists. Made a bad bad call ...

... much for us, so we found some Tibetans selling tofu, pork with cabbage, & rice out of a cart in the open & ate their food for lunch. It was delicious. After lunch we took a bus up the left arm of the valley. As we were driving, we saw that the boardwalk-like paths went around beautiful lakes & were attached into sides of rocks & mountains.
