    ... on the rivers edge with a view of st Michaels bridge. There were lots of young people - you could really feel it was a vibrant university town! Also these young people are very well dressed! It is place we really enjoyed and looking forward to exploring further in our stay. We had a dinner that consisted of two of Gents ' local' dishes. On Day 10, I decided to visit Mini Europe on my own in Brussels and my friend was kind enough to take me out for Thai Dinner that evening and also showed me this nice little city Ghent at night.     ... sours and shared a plate of rabbit. The restaurant is rough around the edges but our waiter was friendly and the food was great.

    Hopped back on the train to get to Brussels. Our AirBNB host was housing us in his lovely apartment only steps away from the Grand Place, the central square of the city :)
