... and shady cycling with good paths. Also we seem to go much faster so got to our lunch stop (remagen) in good time. Simon had a bit of a disaster with lunch and bought raw sausage meat instead of salami for our sandwiches, he then tried to convince me it was sausage paste... We weren't being cooked alive this morning which was a treat due to some excellent pine trees (I have no idea what trees they were really) covering our patch of tent until 8.30. So we had a 'lie in' and cologne or koln as the Germans call it was in sight a mere 19 miles to cologne before lunchtime was the plan. We found our way easily and followed the eurovelo 15 signs which we have been following all the way, ( probably should of metioned before now) not quite as good as ...

... wasn't anyone beneath me in a boat, over the keys went. We continued our walk across and decided to head back to
