    ... a little shack styled cafe which was serving food. I had a hotdog, Max had a panini and Mum and Dad both had chicken that had been marinated in tomatoes, then we all had chips too. Thenn for dessert, we ordered 'fraise et chantilly' which was strawberry syrup, strawberries and lots of whipped cream - it was delicious!     ... given me some motivation to push on although it's already getting late. Souzy is a little west of Lyon. I'll need to head west now. I start walking and tramping. At some point I get picked up. I'm brought to a town just before Feurs. I start tramping again and this time a nice man brings me to a supermarket in Feurs. I need to get some food.     ... Stews request. I think the scallops, or maybe the wild boar and lemon tart were my favourites! Lemon meringue tart, Chocolate surprise and Tarte Tatin with the richest caramel sauce - also yummmmm. Not sure any of us really appreciated the froi gras that the region is known for! Duck or foie gras was on every menu we looked at in all the little restaurants... those that know me well know that's pretty much the only thing I won't eat! ...

    We got up in the morning and took the bus to the funicular. We took the other funicular this time to the Roman theatres and the museum. The museum had a lot of statues and a ton of huge stones with Roman writing on them. Also, there were many mosaics from the floors of houses used by the Romans.
