    ... about seen enough cathedrals. It was clear skies & sunshine when I came out of the cathedral, so I spent the rest of the day walking around town. The streets are very narrow & cars drive through them, so as a pedestrian I had to constantly be on the lookout for traffic. Some streets were so narrow that there was barely enough room for the cars & pedestrians had to take refuge in doorways or in streets or alleys at right angles to the one the cars were on.

    ... like umbrellas and paper flowers hanging from trees which made it an interesting place to stay. I had two encounters with nature whilst staying here, one was with the thousands of mosquitoes that were breeding in the lake and I found them to be incredibly friendly. The second was with a family of coypu that lived next to where I had parked my motorhome and I saw them every day. They are huge South American rats but I have to admit that they are very cute ...

    ... the dam. What beautiful wild flowers. Then it was back to the house to veg and later play cards. Monday was shopping day.
