    As Dana and I now both have Fridays off, we decided to go to
    Cognac to see what it was all about. Again, it is just further down the
    Charente river, about an hour from Rochefort. As the name of the city tells
    you, there are many cognac distilleries there. We had planned on going for a
    tour in one of the distilleries, but since it was during the off season, some
    distilleries were closed to all public and some you had to make a reservation
