    ... and hit the barrels behind the walls. The brewery we went to was huge and they loose 80,000 litres of cognac just to evaporation. It produces a fungus when it evaporates and turns all the buildings black and even the trees around the buildings.     After Pete & Lesley left it was free time forums todos few jobs before our next visitors arrived. Heather got all the washing done.
