... your level of enthusiasm for the weather quite yet). But I no longer go to school in shorts and a t-shirt only to find out its actually going to be pouring when I get out of class. Similarly, since having internet I haven't shown up to class a sweaty mess because I thought a sweater, pants and boots were appropriate attire for the "cold weather", when it was actually just overcast, but still muggy and warm. So yes, the internet has been working wonders for me.
We have now completed our wonderful week on the Canal Du Midi.
Since my last post we have now become experts at maneuvering those lochs and we each had our jobs and worked as a team really well.

... those. We went out separate ways for the day to go back and see more closely the sights we had passed on the bus tour yesterday, but ended up at at Notre Dam, St. Andre cathedral at much the same time!
We also all ended up in a modern looking plaza type building that had a food market in it - so we all had salad together. A moment of healthy eating.

... Main Street called Rue Ste Catherine. This was a very long pedestrian street with every shop any girl or guy would ever need. Kieran ended up buying more than Layla which was a first for the entire trip. At the end of this street was a square called Palace De La Victoire, which really did not have much to it apart from a old arch and a brass turtle. This kept happening to me - there were whole stretches of Paris that I knew not at all, and then pockets that I knew instantly and intimately - this was the good bread, that the bar with the cheap Kirs. How has this hotel rated in the past?
The hotel has great view of the marine, from the 5th and 6th floors. The rooms are basic, but the location is good. Breakfast was very good and exceeded our expectations.
