    Ok so it's time to move further south and get to my first 'appointment'. That would be 'tea with David and Alison' at 17, Avenue le Languedoc, Le Redorte on Saturday. Today is Thursday so have found another of my 'quiet sites' at a place near Monclar-de-Quercy which is quite a drive from here.     Another day starts and having made the trip south for guaranteed sunshine I was not surprised to wake up to see it shining! Breakfast outside - of course - and then a cycle ride to see what the Atlantic beach had to offer. Well, beach, really, and waves and sand and some people braving the breeze.
