Up at 6.30am mostly to make the food fight that is breakfast. Made it in time for food today, so a good start.
Dave E and I are on the list of people changing hotels ( to help Woz and Pete out), so back to the room to pack up our gear.Over breakfast there is discussion about the days ride and plan No.4. Now the Red ride is leaving at 7.50am (not 7.30am) and our Blue ride is an 8am departure.So back to the room for a blog update, Skype and emails - waiting ...

preordered mains, but buffet entree and desert. The buffet was demolished for entree along with large beers. Dinner was duck for me then rum and raisin ice cream for desert.
Headed home for as early a night as pssible as Mt Ventoux tomorrow. However it was still midnight before bed.
... 3:30 pm. The girls and we were very excited to see someone from back home. We had a nice reunion and then went to Pezenas for dinner. We had a nice dinner in a crowded French restaurant. The following day after a long and relaxing morning, we all went to Carcassone, which is a fully restored medieval town/fortress with a wonderful chateau within the walls, which we toured as well as numerous shops and restaurants.
