Needless to say we had a thick head from the night before. We tipped out the Ibis at 12md and went to the Quentels to say goodbye.
They really are a lovely family. It is such a privilege to know them. As usual Isobel loaded us with crepes, jam and coffee.

PS When we got to Annie's later I asked her mum what 'gesier' was - Chicken Gizzards!!! and she said it was disgusting. Ugh double ...
