A cold late start but stunning beautiful clear weather, for
about half an hour, and then the clouds came in. However it wasn’t raining so
outside with us. Still feeling a little piqued from the previous days exertions
we set off on a short walk to observe the Le Saut-Du- Doubs waterfall. Very
pretty it was too. The lake nearby had a lot of small fish in it.
After a slow walk back the rest of the day was spent on housework
Werner and I rode from Beaune to Liesberg in 3 hours. It was a short but good ride.
Overall we had an excellent time, saw some new interesting places, and were very good riding pair.

We left our luxurious campsite reluctantly and are now back in France where our adventure began. The drive was long, but interesting. We passed by Lake Constance which looked very nice as a place to visit. The Zepplin was invented there and there are museums and airship rides! We saw two airships over the lake. We were speaking to some English people a few days prior to heading to Mulhouse, they had recommended it as a place to stay as it had the National Motor Museum of France there - there was a little confusion as to where the place was as we had already seen the area on the map and were heading in that direction, the issue was we referred to Mulhouse as Mole-House, the couple we spoke to (could speak French) pronounced it Mul-ooose, the correct way!
