There was also a heart monitor in front of you and before the ride started my heart rate was at 98 and then it went up to 113 (from what I could see) while going upside down on the loop.     ... we find an intact castle so we headed for the hills. Our navigation skills weren’t that good so we managed to do a mountain hike in search of the castle, only to find it was down the hill on the edge of the nearby suburb. We couldn’t go into the castle itself but we explored the grounds which were surrounded by acres of vineyards.

    ... up the canal walls. One of the locks was right in Petite France. From mideval Strasbourg, we went all the way to the various different European Community buildings - very modern and really not as quaint. Overall the tour was great and I am glad I went.
