We had a good night at Hotel Governeur in Obernai and after a nice breakfast we walked around the village.its quite beautiful can understand why Rick Steeves recommends it. Lots of cascading Geraniums and very old timber and batten houses. After leaving Obernai we drove a little south and went to visit an old medieval Alsatian town near Ungersheim and Lutterbach.
