On my last evening in Saumur I ended up socialising at a couple of other motorhomes and didn't get back to my van until around midnight. We're up for breakfast by 7:30 and we seem to have a table for the tour group set up. Bags are to be at the van by 0845 and we're meant to be on our way by 0900. After leaving Marseille I was directed to stay below 600' and follow the coast west - oh what a shame! Just spectacular, it was fairly overcast, so colours weren't quite popping, but were some sights that I wasn't expecting, as I thought of the French med coast as all built up.
