Day 35 - Evran

A travel blog entry by kcrileytandem on Oct 19, 2014

Another day in the saddle - following south westerly wind, small quiet country lanes, coffee stop in the sun at Mauran next to two English women, lunch next to a lake, pastis and beer in Evran and then onto a camping d'Aire for motor home. Toilet and sink made the 'rough camp' less rough. Tomorrow it's onto the coast and St Malo. Bon ...

Now back in the bar for our first evening meal out. Bon appetite et Bon ...

Breakfasted under caravan awning in neighbouring plot (owners not there - thanks in there absence!). Set off in the rain and steady pace on quiet roads to Saint Michael Chef Chef. As well as coffee and ...

Left our 5 star campsite, then straightforward ride through centre of Nantes, then along the Loire to a ferry crossing at Basso Indre. Shopping in market, one last coffee with Chris and James before leaving them to head north whilst we are west bound toward St Brevin les Pins. Stopped at Le Migron municipal campsite - tea, nibbles, before wine and evening meal. Good evening folks!! Ps tres enthusiastic guide at "machiniere" with tres enthusiastic guide (shades of York railway museum ...
