      ... He also recommended that we go to a place called Rosie's for breakfast. We arrived at Rosie's to find that it was actually closed until 10 so we went back and checked out the park we had passed and found a giant church before returning to get some food.       The next day was my birthday, it didn’t get off to a great start as my train to Düsseldorf was cancelled because of a national rail strike. Thankfully the regional trains were still running and I did make it to Düsseldorf.       ... ticketed for multiple modes of transport, would not give me an option for my stop. Instead of Kallker Shollenstrasse I kept wanting to send me to Kaliningrad! No not this time please, just something muuuch shorter. I eventually got on the tram without a ticket thinking I cold just pay an agent once on, as it was just $3.       ... and caught up on my plans before we left for dinner. Initial plan was to go to Vennen this evening but in Liedberg was a film crew setting up their rigs around the Sandbauernhof. Vennen was closed so we went over to Korschenbroich and each of us had a very large amount of food at the Anker.
