... as we walked along the broad street of 'Old Town'. Walking up towards it, through the wooded hillside with its bare winter trees, I realised it was the first hill I had walked up in a very long time that wasn't jungly Bukit Shabandar and I was far too cold to be sweating! A long day today, a two hour drive to Chiemsee to take a boat across the lake to Herrenchiemsee the last of the castles built for Ludwig II that we are going to see on our tour.
