There won't be much roughing it as the cabin is gorgeous from the pictures we have seen. I can't wait to slip on a sweater in the morning and have coffee on the deck while smelling the beautiful pine trees that surround the property. There is a hiking trail right across the street and several lakes nearby where we can picnic and fish.

Normally the boat operators don't allow switching in and out but since we were the only ones crazy enough to be out in the extreme heat, they didn't mind us switching. Greg and I took our turns and enjoyed being on the water. I can see how this would be completely relaxing and enjoyable on a cooler day. It was fun today but just too hot! January 24th-Thursday—Up early as the plumber was coming this morning to install all new plumbing in the bathtub. Expensive but needed. When the shower was on there was more water coming out the tub spout than the shower head! While he was here I got the call that I can finally get my MRI—tomorrow! That is good, but then do I wait for my doctor or get sent to a specialist or what?? We spent most ...
