... by the queen. The main characters fall in love at which point the plot, as enthralling as it was, was abandoned in favor of the entire cast enthusiastically performing a few final Queen songs. The entire theater seemed to enjoy the experience, ourselves included. I’ll give it a solid 4 and a half stars, the final half being lost due to a flawed rendition of “Fat-Bottomed Girls”.

Drooling over all the jewels and the ornate art, furniture, architectural delights and walking has made us quite hungry. We don't venture far from the Residenz and eat at Spatenhaus am der Oper. Surprisingly, we were seated in the cozy Stammtisch (table reserved for regular customers).
