We left Heidelberg early this morning to drive to the lovely town of Rothenburg. It is a small fortified medieval village. The village is characterised by half timber house which look like gingerbread houses. ... Briony felt up to having just one beer at Oktoberfest. We got all dressed up and boy did we look good. We pulled off the German look that’s for sure especially Briony. We walked to the grounds easily enough as we just followed the massive crowd flocking in that direction. As we got closer and closer you can hear the music slowly becoming louder and the white noise of chatter amongst the masses.

... the North Sea to the Black Sea along the boundary of what the Romans had conquered.....about 3500 kilometers. ... the middle where you can enjoy a beverage. I just had a coffee and enjoyed the scenery around me. The river that runs through the park is quite fast and there is a spot where you can surf the river! It appears to be a popular hobby amongst locals. It did look a little strange too.
