    ... center built on the highest point of the mountain. The information center was very interesting. It has an observation deck and lighthouse on the top. Inside the visitors center is exhibits that give knowledge about the area's plant and animal life. It also had a bit of history of the area. Mt Diablo means Devil's Mountain in Spanish and was named after a battle with the Native Americans.
