... if you are trained in the area of expertise, you communicate to each other what that space represents personally.
As we traveled through the city we noticed the astounding architecture that had been built. Most of it was very modern, comtemporary work because of the war destruction in the Glasgow area. We took a look at the famous art school and imagined for a second what it would be like to work in their studios.
... Apart from that can recommend Relais FRANCESCA in Piano di Sorrento.A super small hotel with parking -important in that area! Also close to train station for Sorrento,Pompeiietc.
P.S.DON'T plan to eat outside Pompeii site-take something with you or use cafe inside.
Cheers

Short and sweet...Were in Glasgow right now...FINALLY!!! All I can say is that this is what travelling is all about!! We ha our first trial, tribulation, glitch today, whatever you wanna call it! We travelled by car, taxicab, bus, boat(ferry), train and bus...and then car again, all in one day. And as mentioned in every single blog, what would one day be without us getting lost. Except this time, we thought we were in Glascow and were actually in a ...

We are typing this at Calum and Rachel's flat where we are staying overnight and enjoying catching up with them before we head to the airport tomorrow. It is Sooooooo exciting. I can't remember being this excited about a holiday or trip since I was a lass!!!
More tomorrow!
We took a train trip over to Glasgow as Amy's grandfather has links to the city. Apparently he was the engineering involved in the constructions of one of the bridges, The Geogre the IV over the river.
It was a bit chilly in Glasgow but I was a bit silly and didn't take my jacket!!! Brrrr but it was a strange old day, sun out - warm, rain/wind and it was freezing bit like Melbourne I suppose.. lol.
We hopped on the tourist bus again ...
... phones through to the AA and books a transporter to take me back to take me back to Nottingham (East Leake).
Tow truck 1, turns up at 11:50 to take me on the first leg of the journey home from Fort William to Stirling. This takes approx 3 hours and I get dropped at Stirling service station where I am supposed to be met by the next tow truck. It takes about an hour for the next truck to turn up. Which was arranged for 14:30
... then from 11-7.30 on bar on my own and it happened to be the busiest day, today they have had in a very long time but i managed pretty well. It had allot of ups and downs besides getting food orders mixed up and doing a whole lot of other dumb things ...
Glasgow, United Kingdom redriddinghoodIt was starting to look like Kathy wasn't going to get a chance to see any Aussie animals so we decided to go to Symbio Wildlife World in Helensburgh. Before we left I called the cab company which covers the area to make sure that they could take us from the train station to the wildlife park. They said that, yup, they covered that area. So when we got off the train I called them up again and they said, sure, but it'll be about 15 minutes because they didn't have ...
Helensburgh, Australia wayoung... to the town to have a look around. Steve was looking after us so well, we were constantly visiting new places, drinking and having fun. We also went to hypnosis performance, one of the most scary things I`ve ever seen! Lovely time with one of the sweetest guys ever.
Glasgow, United Kingdom bogna... all aren't they? No such thing is there...? I don't know! All this is just something to wrestle with. It's part of my journey and as much part of life's tapestry as anything else I've seen or done. In 20 years time it will seem like a speck, a minor blip maybe, but right now it hurts and I don't really know what it is other than disorientation or maybe alienation in my homeland which isn't really something that sits easy ...
