Must admit, it doesnt seem to have changed much over the years, really good value for the price and very good location.
Kept beautifally clean by the multitudes of staff.

The old hotel still looks the same,

... just in case breakfast wasn't up to scratch - good job we did! We sat on the rim of the crater taking in the view below us and also looking back at beautiful Lake Batur, created 350 years ago when Mount Batur was a supervolcano and its mighty eruption changed the geography of Bali. ... were like rainbows, it was breathtaking to see. Definitely a recomended dive spot for anybody on Nusa.

That afternoon we were informed of a pre Nyepi celebration where a parade would take place down the streets of Nusa with everybody wearing white and holding objects they had made. This was a pretty good experience to witness and the whole community gets involved with making things to offer and hopefully bring in good luck in the new year.

I figured we should choose an 8th. If I wasn't great at bargaining when it came to price, at least I could get them to throw in an 8th film. When it was time to pay, I was told the DVDs were 10,000 each and not 6,000. The signage wasn't completely clear, but that was my fault ...
