      ... I'm not sure where the saloon part comes in, but the food was good. The waitress was funny, and we had live entertainment. Ronnie Mason, one of Texas's old time cowboy singers, made the whole experience something to remember.

      The water is so low there is nowhere to float. So James, the boys, and I took the day to drive up the river to see if there were any places with flowing water. We drove through Garner and found the swimming hole which was pretty cool with paddle boats and rope swings. We kept driving north to Leakey and stopped to eat a piece of pie at Mill Creek restaurant. No luck in Leakey either so we came back to camp to get ready ...
