We decided that we had so much fun at Garner we went back today!! It was much of the same as the previous day - water, rope swings, and paddleboats. Today was our last full day so it was bittersweet. Sad to be leaving but happy to come home to ...

We kept driving north to Leakey and stopped to eat a piece of pie at Mill Creek restaurant. No luck in Leakey either so we came back to camp to get ready ...

It was mine and James' day to cook all the meals so we are done cooking for the week!! :) We headed to the Garner Dance for the evening where everyone had a great ...

... little dot just off the beaten path called Luckenbach, so we decided to head there.

The town was just barely bigger than the dot on the map. The population sign said "3". There was a general store, a music venue with a dance hall, and some livestock buildings. But the mood was there, and there was a guy with a guitar singing next to the bar at 10:30 am, and it was well worth the visit. Kind ...
