    So I've covered the north island and after a 4 hour ferry trip playing cards, and listening to a very strange Asian lady hum/squeal somewhere over the rainbow, our bus rolled onto the South Island.     ... is what we did today and a few fun facts about our trip.

    I wrote earlier about Wall Drug signs. There were no Wall Drug signs yesterday because we were in the state park for a lot of the day. Today I counted the signs from 45 miles away from Wall Drug. There were 61 signs advertising Wall Drug! There were several times that I could see 3-4 signs in one look. Actually I find it a bit fun to watch ...

    ... up some time and hopped on to I-90. The Mississippi bridge was under construction and were able to pull over onto the work lane to snap a few Photos. After gassing up off the highway we decided to take Route 14 W. to New Ulm Minnesota. Tomorrow we are off to Hill City South Dakota which is about 520 miles away. Good news, we heard from our friends and they made it safely to South Dakota. 345 /- ...
