Who would ever think that there is a Lodi in Wisconsin. This is a beautiful farming region. We Left the hotel early this morning and traveled on route 60 W., to Spring Green Wisconsin. While this is a 2 Lane Rd., it is in great shape and we made excellent time. You can really see how the glaciers sculpted the farm land in this area. ... everything was pulled off of the bus and repacked. Not before time! We were all losing things and had stuff all over the place. Now we are sorted again. Then off to the laundry where they had wifi, on to a brewery tour and then back to the park for a swim and BBQ. Pretty good day. The weather is amazing. Sunny and 93F! Whew!!

... tent was being gradually blown down by the relentless gusts of wind that accompanied the furious rain. I got to them just in time to save the fly sheet which was by that time hanging by only one peg but within minutes the rest of the tent had collapsed around them leaving the figures of three humans and a large rucksack sillouted on the outside of the tent. I have never seen anything funnier in all my life but I have rarely been colder either – I had taken my top off to save it ...
