... concert ended and I left about 3:30 and I arrived at the Comfort Inn Cocoa Beach in the early evening. I spent much of the evening watching the Weather Channel account of the Coast Guard’s rescue operation of the HMS Bounty crew after superstorm sandy.
Today’s parting shot comes from Edward Bok: “Make you the world a bit better or more beautiful because you have lived in it.” Bok didn’t just say it, he lived it.

In the evening Karie and Jean went to choir rehearsal. It was really nice seeing her friends and singing some really nice music that they will be sharing with their church.
Barry & Karie had planned to leave in the morning around six, but couldn't sleep (getting excited about finally getting home after six weeks), so they left around 1:30 a.m. We got back to Glen Allen at 2:50 p.m. - and no, we did not speed.

Home
... in such a short time makes it difficult to get to know an area before you have to move on. The best part was being able to see Alex for a few days. We saw some beautiful sights, and have a new appreciation for the diverse beauty of the USA.
