We arrived here yesterday afternoon, passing by the Gorge Amphitheater where Ralph once drove to with the Ozzfest Tour, in 2000.

This RV park boasts a swimming pool a basketball court, large picnic area and a nine hole golf course, lots of beautiful shady willow trees and green grass. Maggie is very happy not to be in her crate today and is lying under my camp chair.

... Flat Rest Area on the way, and found that a Forest Service CG , unknown to us, was actually attached to the Rest Area! So, being a pair of astute travelers, we stopped.

We hit Moses Lake today. It reminds me of why we moved to Bellingham. 90 degree weather and I just don't agree anymore! Plus all the little bug bites from the last few days itch more in this heat.

It is with mixed feelings that I write this last blog. I am happy to be back in Washington and so close to home so I can see family and friends. The dogs will be happy to run leash free. We need to rent our apartment and we need to play trivia again. But I am sad to ...

... items that hopefully will last a couple of weeks. As we drove west from the east we definitely found that the topography changed, less mountains and high elevations, flatter land with no forest. There is a lot of agriculture going on in this area. Kind of reminds me of the Central Valley in California but there seems to be lots of water here. ... of now, there is a huge lawsuit that will impact the future of Crescent Bar. Nearly 120 people own vacation homes in this area and for some reason or another, the state wants to turn this area into a state park and get rid of all the homes. I think this is due to quite a few factors including it can flood and youngsters trash the rivers. It will be interesting to see what comes of this whole lawsuit and the future of Crescent Bar. ...
