The Free shuttle from the airport is not free

We chose this hotel primarily because it was close to the airport with a free shuttle. We called for the shuttle, and not only did it take 30 minutes for it to arrive but it was $2.00 per person.

It hasn't been uncomfortably cold for the most part of the trip, with the exceptions of a few days, but it has been cold enough to always have to put on hat, gloves, scarf and jackets when getting up to go to ...

Due to unforseen family medical issues we spent a good part of 2014 at Riverfront Campground. I spent most of the weeks here and lori was with me on the weekends. Several of the folks from Alamacontee Campground {allan & Nannette, Ed & Cindy and Gus & Marilynn} and Larry was right down the road at white shell also. Spent a lot of time fishing off of Ed ...

The Spanish explorer Jose Ponce de Leon landed here on April 2nd 1513 - Easter Sunday - in the nearby town of Saint Augustine, displacing the local Timuqua Indians and naming what he thought was a large island as La Florida, the Place of Flowers, due to all the tropical vegetation.  Owned by the ...
