          Today we left New Orleans for Phoenix. For some reason I expected Phoenix to be a decent sized city like Boston but it was not. We arrived in Phoenix and it was really dry and hot and I immediately compared it to Broome in Western Australia. It was just hot, that was the only word I could think of.
