... senses a time warp as it carried me right back to my youth ( as misspent as it was) and then meandered to present day.
The field behind the Hall is pretty special as well as I looked from the original grandstands to the field and it was easy to envision a game in progress.
To say the Baseball Hall of Fame is a very special place is an understatement I am truly thankful to have been there.
Oh by the way the Town is well worth the visit on its own.

As well as a journey through the various years of my life and decades with players who I watched or read about, admired for their skills. Interesting how people you do not really know on a personal level can have an impact on your life.

... Cross. We got lucky and there were some people moving stuff out of Clark dorm, so we were able to go inside and show the kids the dorm where Bill and I met sophomore year. Then we walked down toward the chapel just in time to see a bride pulling up! Julia was surprised to learn we got married at Holy Cross. How does she not know this?! The kids thought the campus was really pretty...which of course it is.
We are on our way from Boston to Niagara Falls together with Gerd's family. We are lucky, we can stay at Gerd's relative's house near Albany which has space for all of us.
