The parking lot looked kind of busy, but we saw a Home Depot just a short distance away and Cheryl took the Jeep to do some recon for a suitable parking area. She said that it looked promising so I headed down in the motor home.

I headed out the exit drive, which had ...

... keep in touch with me while I was gone. This morning, I'm hanging out on the porch, just chilling. Dean and Laurel went to yard sales before the clock hit 7am and are working on/around the house! It's a beautiful day! I will slowly make my way back in the afternoon :) Great trip! Excited about North Carolina! There really aren't that many places that have this combination of beautiful nature, low cost of living, educated populations, and warm ...
