... good fun - projectors beaming the menu and games etc onto your table but in reality it was small, basic loud and the food wasn't very nice - I wouldn't bother going.

We headed to Leicester Square for a Haagen Daas to finish it off which was delicious.

Next morning we did a treasure hunt around London which was great fun and then went to see Matilda at the theatre - I was very spoilt all weekend and had a lovely time.

... Theatre. Interestingly, the tube would have cost us £7.80 each. The time was such that all we could manage for tea was McDonalds (something I haven't had for over 20years!). The show ("We Will Rock You") featuring mainly songs from Queen was outstanding. We both thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of it and could easily go again. ... I have for the whole trip is that I didn’t actually get to go on one. I thought about it several times, but I just wasn’t there long enough to do everything I would have liked. Next time maybe.

I checked in at the Think Long Lane apartments, and was quite happy with my little apartment (apart from the very thin, cheap mattress, which I didn’t discover until later that night, of course). I was also pleased to have a parcel waiting for me. ...
