    Since I leave my plans really late, not usually deciding where to go next until maybe a day or two before I head there, I sometimes need a quick itinerary change. It's high season and there is no where to stay in Tallinn- at least for under a couple hundred dollars so I need to find somewhere else to spend tonight. I decide to break up the journey from Riga at about the halfway mark and spend the night in the lovely seaside town of Parnu.

    ... the town and the beach lies a perfectly and faithfully restored Art Deco house which is now a hotel and restaurant. If its exterior is a delight then its interior is heavenly. I popped my head inside the door and asked if I could look around and the receptionist not only gave me a full history of the place but also asked a colleague to turn all the lights on in the downstairs rooms so I could get a better look and take photographs.     ... hommikusööki lõpetama ja alustan läbi vaikse päikeselise Soomaa Oksa suunas vantsimist. Totaalne tuulevaikus. Sinine taevas. Niidetud heina lõhn. Mõned parmud. Vaarikad tee veerel. Palav.
