... tour, this time I tried to make a video but all I got was my stupid fingers, as the IPhone was in my pocket cleverly concealed. we then headed all the way to the black house and again toured this amazing area. My snake was curled up sleeping around a tree and I know enough to not bother a sleeping boa. This was an overall nice trip, as I was able to really appreciate things I had already the last two days.

... poor villages an income, and we can only hope that the boats all favour different communities so that the fortune is shared. We'd all have preferred to have made a donation to a shared village fund which could be used for village projects rather than unevenly dispensing sweets and books. Maybe that will come with time.

We spent four nights here, it was'nt what i expected the north of thailand to be like really, I was thinking it would be mountainous but it was completly flat, compared to Chiang Rai its not a city geared for tourism though a few areas do have some restaurants, and there was a night market that was more of a traditional one.

We alight the elephant via a tall platform. The journey is an interesting one!! Quite bumpy at times but an amazing view and I really couldn't believe I was doing it!
