Early rise for breakfast and coffee and to finish packing and getting ready to leave. There were no detours today but today was probably the worst hiking day due to all the roads and my knee and foot hurting. We got up at 7:30 AM today but got a late start at around 9:30 AM. It had rained the night before and the weather was still a bit cold at 40 degrees. Mitch and I split the 3 man tent the first day as Ryan met us 4 miles in on the 2nd day. My pack weighed in around 35 lbs and we had 14 miles to hike that day.
