Like all family trips we started our day running around and getting everyone ready. We left at 2 minutes to 9 am - that's ahead of schedule. ... Matt and Janelle were speaking at the Mother Earth convention in Pennsylvania, Matt was talking about killing pigs and how to butcher them properly and Janelle about baking bread. So me and Mette were looking after the house and farm, and we had one day off, it was an awesome weekend, I got to drive Matt's truck, Ford-F150, absolute beast of a truck it's huge! It was a good weekend, but a bit lonely without the Wilkinsons there!
