Andy took over next so he could see what it was like to ride, unfortunately after a good run a dog ran out and sat in the road, as Andy was revving to get up a huge hill and we swerved to miss him and scraped our legs along a wall, luckily we only came out of it with a few scratches and I managed to bandage Andys leg with a few flappy bits of tissues, we thought about pulling the string out of andys shorts to hold it on but luckily ...

The work BAWA does is phenomenal. There seems to be a constant battle between the brutal government approach and the Animal Welfare groups. Because of the amount of rabies on the island the government has mostly chosen the shoot or poison option rather than the vaccination approach of BAWA.
