While listening to my most favorite song at the moment (Turtle, by Alana Davis), I've realized my trip has BEGUN!!!! It wasn't real until now. I'm sitting at my seat on my way to JFK airport, waiting for my dinner, and I don't really have much to say except that my excitement is finally here. No worrying, no doubting, just excitement. ... 24 days we have driven 4,079 miles! So we essentially drove across the United States and half way back. We had a ball and would recommend an American road trip to everyone! One more note of interest, we also stayed in 14 different hotels during this journey.

... desert later in the evening. All in all we could not have asked for friendlier and more accommodating people. During our Northern American travels we have experienced such friendliness and more than any of our previous trips.
