Erin even got a bit adventurous and made a tasty raspberry pie with the fresh raspberries. This went down well with everyone, especially Maya who had grown quite fond of the desserts Erin makes.

... poked through the clouds for a few minutes for our game. Kev started out well then Erin began attacking, using her queen to reek havoc among Kev's pawns until Kev managed to capture Erin's queen and then the game went downhill from there for Erin. It started raining again and all Erin had left was her king, a pawn and a bishop so Kev was declared the winner just in time before we got soaked.
