    ... religious events occurred on astronomically significant dates, that were also celebrated by pagans.. Is this a coincidence - I THINK NOT!!!!.
    February 02 is also considered to be the first day of Spring in San Miguel - the planting season.... Spring comes ealier in Mexico than it does in Canada.. And there is no winter in Mexico.. Boooo!!!! Hoooooo!!!!! (that is fake sorriness)...In a nearby big park, Benito Juarez Parque, 100's and 100's ...

    ... than typical mescal which is 50% alcohol and rougher in the throat than tequila.

    The three types of tequila are:

    Blanco or Silver which is totally clear and less than 2 months old.
    Reposada which is aged from 2 months to 1 year in oak barrels, either American or French, which can affect the taste.
    Anejo which is aged up to 2 years in oak and has more of a whisky nose and taste.

    ... and inter-city bus service is really great.

    4. Because of the lower air pressure at this altitude, carbonated drinks foam much more when they are being pored into a glass than they do at the lower altitudes and higher air pressure of Ottawa, Canada (most Americans have never heard of Ottawa and have absolutely no idea where it is)..
    5. Cooking stuff in boiling water or steam cooking things takes longer in the higher altitude ...
