    ... restaurant we ate at last year. The rain had started to fall on our way to dinner so we opted for a table inside. We had a lovely meal, probably the best so far in Venice. Started with antipasti and a cabrese salad, then Hamish had spaghetti carbonara and James had pizza. Both Geoff and I had a scallopini and grilled vegetables. It was all very good.
