Today we woke up and hiked along the coast as a team. It was wonderful to just enjoy the view and spend time together. We then walked to the center of town and began our shopping trip for the day! For lunch Carter took us all out and we spent some time discussing our return presentations. The girls and I spend a little more time shopping aft...

Thursday morning Lona & I walked to the top of the High Street, my previously good knee was quite sore when we got back for lunch and a quiet afternoon. In the evening we drove down to Brixham on the southern end of Tor Bay to a Cafe/Restaurant ...
My teenage boys were beaten up outside out family caravan by 5 boys, who followed my boys back to our caravan after a night out in the onsite club. These boys were not staying on the site but were allowed access into the club without a pass. They hung about the club looking for trouble.

Little Ted and his friends arrived at Heathrow airport. From there they drove back to Devon. Miss Williams checked her email and to the friends' delight, they had received an email from Barnaby, saying he would be flying home in the next few weeks. After a long journey and the exciting news Little Ted was exhausted so he curled up and went to bed.
Exeter, England, United Kingdom thebarnabybear... to judge :) We left when the park closed and got back to Bovey in the early evening. We drove up towards Hay Tor where Sven proposed to Kate. We enjoyed seeing the view in the twilight sun just before going to a delightful pub dinner.

After a good night's sleep and a frolic in the ...
... the old harbor area trying to imagine the pilgrims boarding the Mayflower and setting sail for the new world from here.
After leaving Plymouth we headed off to Launceston to see the Launceston Castle. This is a 13th century castle built by Richard, Earl of Cornwall. On our way home we stopped at a pasty shop and got some Cornish pasties for a scrumptious dinner.
... sink. What a great idea. Each of the units they rent has about 1/5 of an acre of private tree lined property. There is a barbecue and a fire pit. Kym and Rick had really thought of everything. We had picked up some fennel sausages from the farm shop near Justin and Maryann's house, cooked them up for dinner and got a good nights sleep. We ordered the camera we wanted from Amazon immediately and you should be seeing some pictures soon. Thank you again. You are all fantastic!!
