          ... midnight and then it was off to bed to try to readjust to the timezone. Luckily we have a couple of days to get sorted out before returning to work on Tuesday.

          This is the last entry for this adventure ... can't wait to see where the next one takes me!

          PS ... the shoes will not be making another trip to Europe. I now have holes in both soles!

          ... lessons, had lunch (which was good and food has been great so far), did a circuit workout with Linda, went for a run which turned in to a swim because it was 30 degrees, played with kids at the beach, went for a paddle board, swim with kids, had a shower, read my book, had dinner, wrote in my journal then finished the night volunteering for the kids activities at the 'hair salon'.
