    ... began to follow a canal. We opted to take a side street. On that side street were several buildings that were obviously very old. There did not seem to be a straight or plumb line on any part of the buildings.

    Within a couple of blocks, we found the Aarhus Cathedral in the Latin Quarter; so had nearly all our shipmates. It was very crowded. The cathedral construction began in 1190. Additional expansion work went on ...

    ... busy field days, collecting fish and assessing whether they are bold (e.g., will leave a shelter and explore their surroundings) or shy (e.g., they do nothing). Turns out most are shy and boring, but we thankfully we have some bold ones and we are going to try to see if their behaviour is "flexible".     Today I went to a different circus.

    The trainer from yesterday was there again today, and gave me some good shoulder stretches.

    I walked in and this kid probably about 8 years old, just casually does a round-off double back flip! I was standing there thinking "I'm just gonna leave now!"

    ... managed to have a very nice evening in Aarhus with great friends, food and wine. It has a very old and beautiful downtown and the snowstorm that evening made it even more lovely. Hope to see everyone soon either again in Denmark or back in Canada. Thank you also to Niels and Axel for hosting me nice again. Their place feels like home here in Denmark, can't wait to see everyone again! Now off to Venice by way of Brussels... Perhaps some Easter Belgian chocolates are in Maja and my ...
