Meteora to Igoumenitsa. Breakfast with Karin and Tobias, a young couple from Germany.

I am loading my gear onto the bike, when suddenly the other two are gone. I don't see them again until I arrive at the ferry office in Igoumenitsa. It's a challenging road over ...

After a 30cent Turkish coffee with left to tackle more Albanian roads south to the ...

Met Margaret from the Gold Coast in the Ocean Bar for happy hour at 4pm and chatted a long while, till dinner-time in fact! We dined with Richard and Sandy (Balgowlah) again, and four others we'd previously met, so a great social evening. Our flat-tyre tale had them all amused and that led on to stories of my other escapades with cars in European ...

loves ancient ruins but for it to be a fort - well!!!!! We visited the museum attached to the fort and then I told Steve I would find a comfy spot andYesterday we arrived in Corfu, it was very hot and we took the shuttle bus into the old part of town and the fort area. Steve was in seventh heaven - he he could explore to his hearts content. He will write the following about it. The fort sits on a hilled peninsula at the end of the town and ...
