    ... like spokes on a wheel. Each road has 3 yellow bars, like a pedestrian crossing. The bars are either continuous or broken, and 8 possible combinations of the three whole or broken bars occur.     ... speaks the local (Uyghur) accent, but enough Mandarin to communicate with the rest. The driver is not Han (Chinese) but would fit without problem in Pakistan or Afghanistan.
